Do you ship out of the US?
No, right now we only ship within the US.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of the item within the continental US.
How long does it take to ship the item after I pay.?
We ship within 3 days of payment.

How do I know my item has shipped?
Zellee®: Direct payment from bank account. Contact
us for an invoice from us to use this method.
Once Shipped we will send a tracking number to the email you used when you paid.
Do you guarantee your product?
Yes. if you should receive your product crushed, a postal insurance claim will be made. As soon as we receive payment from the USPS we will refund your money.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns if the item was crushed. Please see "Do you guarantee your product?"
Are the colors of the products exact as I see them on this website?
Do you give a quantity discount?
Monitor color settings are not exact, so the colors of these products may vary. If you need to match a particular color you can mail (contact us for address)
us a sample of what you need, and we can email you a list of masks that will match that sample.
We give a 10% discount on 10 or more commissioned works ordered at the same time.
